1 lb Chicken Breast, cut in strips

1/4 cup oil

2 Bell Peppers, sliced

1 Onion, Sliced

2 tsp ground Chili Powder

2 tsp ground Cumin

1/4 cup Rice Vinegar

Heat oil. Cook Chicken in the oil until cooked through. Add peppers and onions and sauté until tender.

Sprinkle with Vinegar and add Chili and Cumin. Stir and cook a few more minutes to meld spices and coat the chicken.

Serve with fajita tortillas, shredded cheese, salsa and sour cream.
